Come make something real
This workshop is built around doing. You'll set up an AI tool that understands your business, your customers, and the way you naturally talk about your work. Then you'll use it to draft something you can actually publish: a social post, a customer email, an updated bio. When someone asks what you did at lunch on Thursday, you'll have something to show them.
Bring your phone, a tablet, or a laptop, and come as you are. Whether you've been using these tools for a year or you've been meaning to start, this session meets you there.
Before you arrive
A few minutes of prep makes the workshop hours more fun. Here's what will set you up well.
Create an account and log in on the device you're bringing
Any AI chat tool works beautifully for this session: Claude (claude.ai), ChatGPT (chatgpt.com), Gemini (gemini.google.com), or whichever one you've already started using. The free version of any of them is all you need.Say hello to it once
Open a chat and ask it anything at all. Have it explain something from your corner of the industry, brainstorm a fall promotion, or settle a debate from your group chat.Bring a few pieces of your business's writing
Your website's about page, a recent social post, or an email you send customers. Screenshots are perfectly fine. And give yourself a quiet minute with this question, because we'll put it to work: if a happy customer described your business to a friend, what would you hope they'd say?

These apps rearrange their furniture every few months. If a button has wandered, search the settings for the word instead of the location.
